You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the legal provisions of the BGB (German Civil Code).

Return policy

The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging along with the invoice. Damaged or incomplete items cannot be accepted.

How to return an item

Return shipping costs

The customer bears the costs of the return shipment, unless the delivered item is defective or does not correspond to the order.

Refund

The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method that was used for the order.

Defective products

If the received item has a defect, please contact us immediately. Depending on the situation, we offer replacement, repair or refund.
