2. Prices

All prices are in Euro, including statutory value-added tax. The price displayed at the time of order applies.

3. Order

The order is confirmed after successful payment. The customer receives a confirmation email with the order details.

4. Payment

Payment is made online, as part of the order, using the payment methods offered on the website.

5. Shipping

Shipping is free and takes place within 5 to 10 business days after order confirmation. Deviating delivery times are stated on the respective product page.

6. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights according to the German Civil Code (BGB) apply.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of MG Kennzeichen-Anhänger GmbH until full payment has been received.

8. Applicable Law

German law applies. In the event of disputes, an amicable solution will be sought first.
